The history of NWBA...


The NorthWest Business Association was formed on February 15, 1977.  The NWBA includes businesses and individuals in the northwest area. The NWBA  has continued to push forward in its commitment to help improve the Northwest Community of Corpus Christi

General Membership Information...

  • Each business or individual is considered one member/one vote

  • Monthly luncheon meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month

  • Board meetings are held on the first Thursday

  • Membership dues cover the monthly luncheon meals

  • Each member is responsible for their guest’s meals

  • Membership applications are approved by the Board of Directors

  • Name change of FM 624 to Northwest Boulevard

  • Northwest youth scholarships

  • Leopard Street improvements

  • Drainage improvements
